Our high-end welding solution for e-mobility busbar welding combines a powerful 3kW single-mode fiber laser with adaptive focus guidance and integrated component and seam inspection. VisionLine OCT Check enables precise feature and weld penetration detection,  
while the fully AI-based VisionLine Inspect provides classification and precise measurement of weld results - for maximum quality and 100% traceability. Energy-efficient laser operation contributes to sustainability. Complemented by comprehensive process integration and volume production services. 

The multimode fiber lasers of the TruFiber S series are our all-rounders in the power range from 3 to 12 kW. A variable beam guidance system is integrated in the compact laser housing. The utilization of the lasers can be optimized by using several laser outputs. Our proven  
BrightLine Weld technology, in combination with a wide selection of pluggable laser light cables (LLK), ensures high-quality results at maximum welding speeds. 

TruFiber P Series fiber lasers offer a power range from 0.5 to 9 kW. Thanks to selectable beam qualities, including singlemode up to 3 kW, they are also suitable for very specific applications. They are also characterized by high efficiency and consistent, high-quality process results. 

With the Ultra-High-Power Lasers from 18 to 50 kW TRUMPF extends its future TruFiber Portfolio.

The TruPulse 5050 nano offers exceptional precision and speed for high-performance material processing. Optimized for cleaning, texturing, and surface functionalization, it delivers best-in-class results through optimized process control. The reliable high-power laser ensures greater process efficiency, smoother workflows, and unmatched quality and performance.

The TruMicro 9010 is the most powerful industrial ultra-short pulse laser in its class, delivering 10 GW peak power at a 100 kHz repetition rate and an outstanding 1 kW average power. By combining a slab laser module with a multi-pass cell, the TruMicro Series 9000 offers exceptional flexibility with repetition rates from 100 kHz (10 mJ) to 50 MHz (20 µJ), including burst modes. Its unmatched power and precision enable efficient scaling of existing applications and pave the way for new industrial use cases. 

The TruMicro 6030 delivers 300 W of average power at a wavelength of 1030 nm with ultrashort 850 fs pulse duration. It provides pulse energies of up to 2 mJ at 150 kHz and 200 µJ at 1.5 MHz, ensuring optimal parameters for diverse microprocessing applications. With a maximum repetition rate of 50 MHz in Q-CW mode, and the advanced Femto Real-time Control, it offers dynamic switching between Pulse on Demand, MHz/GHz Burst, and Quasi-CW operation. Built on proven TRUMPF components, the TruMicro 6030 ensures stability, performance, and long-term reliability in industrial environments.

TruControl 2 is the most modern, intelligent and comprehensive laser control on the market. It was developed to optimally utilize the power of fiber lasers in every process step. From commissioning and setting up the system to programming the processes and monitoring operation. TruControl 2 offers extensive additional functions and can be used directly on the panel PC or remotely via a network connection.

The integrated Z-axis on the collimation makes it easy to shift working planes and compensate for height differences on the component. A new level of precision.

The new programmable focusing optics of the new generation PFO 3D enables laser welding on-the-fly for laser powers of up to 12kW. Integrated on a robot, it welds at a variable working distance with maximum dynamics and productivity.  The integration of many sensors offers optimum quality assurance of your process experience with maximum flexibility and reliability!

The combination of AI-based image pre-processing and algorithmic evaluation ensures maximum traceability of the results. These can be checked against limit values and forwarded to higher-level data systems via QDS or fieldbus. 

Discover high Dynamic On-The-Fly welding and OCT sensor excels high productivity and reliable process in Cell-to-Pack assembly. In constant 2D and 3D motion without conventional Stop-and-Go interruptions, cycle time can be reduced significantly and designing process becomes more flexible. OCT sensor measures weld depth in the welding process and detect right focal position for having optimized energy input.

Highest efficiency in cable welding thanks to green cw laser and AI-based component recognition. The all-in-one solution enables precise overlap and butt welding with automatic seam inspection (VisionLine Inspect). Optimized impedance ensures superior signal quality with minimal loss. Precise energy delivery reduces thermal stress for maximum quality at maximum speed. 

Experience residue-free surface treatment without using chemicals. Our advanced laser cleaning technology effectively removes oxides, contaminants and functional layers selectively and in a non-contact manner. This process is ideal for preparing surfaces for bonding, welding, coating or sealing, significantly improving adhesion, process quality and corrosion protection.

Electrode battery foils are first marked in motion using Marking on the fly (MOF) with the TruMark laser — distortion-free and with high process reliability. This is followed by three precise laser cuts: Slitting, Tab-shaping (Notching), Sheet separation (Cross-cutting), or alternatively, a contour cut. Notching and Cross-cutting are performed with the TruPulse nano for anode electrodes and metal foils, and with the TruMicro for cathodes. All steps can be integrated automatically and serve as the basis for subsequent cell assembly.
